Every Hayden Stewart Signature Home is guaranteed for full two (2) years (labor & materials). In addition, all appliances* and sub-contracted work (plumbing, HVAC and Electrical) is guaranteed for two full years. So, when you get the keys to a new Hayden Stewart Signature Home, our commitment to you continues. We get to know our clients and find out what they want in a home and we feel an obligation to make sure that everything in their home is perfect.
*Some appliances may have a warranty period beyond the Signature Guarantee period of two (2) years.
